On today’s The Young and the Restless recap:
Neil’s Jazz Club: Sally and Billy are arguing about Jill’s “anonymous” investment. She thinks his mother is trying to make amends but Billy is suspect. He wonders why Sally is telling him anything when Jill asked her not to. She thinks it’s risky to their relationship to keep that kind of secret and isn’t willing to lie when she asked him to be transparent. Billy thinks the whole situation is a test. Sally agrees saying it was a test of their relationship and she just passed. Billy notes she now is keeping a secret from Jill which will eventually come to light. Sally says Jill is committed to the investment. She asks if he wants to go on his journey alone or with her and Jill’s funding. Billy wants to trust in the process but needs to know Jill is going to be hands off. He wants to talk to Jill himself but Sally says, if the conversation tanks, he is risking their path forward. With no irony, Billy asks why she automatically assumes the worst (For real, Billy?).
