AWAL is looking for a Coordinator, Artist Relations to support artists across AWAL’s distribution business. This role is responsible for managing artist relationships at scale, supporting release operations, and helping artists successfully navigate AWAL’s platform, tools, and services throughout their lifecycle with them.
You will serve as a key point of contact for a roster of developing artists and their teams, helping resolve issues, provide release guidance, surface growth opportunities, and ensure artists remain engaged and active on the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, artist development, and the independent ecosystem, and who thrives in a fast-paced, artist-facing environment. In addition to being a key point of contact for existing relationships, this role will also support new artist acquisition efforts.
