ATWATER, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A new place where people can have fun with their kids is coming to Atwater.
Ethan Conrad Properties Inc. is a real estate company that owns and manages 150 commercial properties, and they just announced that Fun City Adventure Park signed a lease at a property in Atwater.
Fun City Adventure Park is an indoor entertainment facility that offers activities like trampolines, obstacle courses, climbing walls, and arcade games.
The new indoor facility is 36,916 square feet and will be at 1089 Bellevue Road in Atwater.
Ethan Conrad Inc. said that the entertainment facility’s arrival represents more than a lease and is “a major catalyst for revitalizing the Bellevue Road retail corridor.”
The opening date for the new facility has not been announced.
