Four of TWICE’s nine members—Nayeon, Jihyo, Tzuyu, and Momo—lit up the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway in New York City tonight, delivering milestone renditions of “This Is For” and “Strategy.” Their performances make them the first K-pop girl group to take the stage in the event’s history. They joined a lineup of headliners that also included Karol G, Madison Beer, and Missy Elliott.
The four singers coordinated in black and pink lingerie sets onstage. Before they performed, Jihyo spoke on the red carpet about their fellow members Jeongyeon, Sana, Mina, Dahyun, and Chaeyoung not being able to join them.
She said, via a translator, “We are used to doing the performances with nine members, but this time we are able to do only four of us, so I hope you guys enjoy this new performance of us.”
TWICE’s appearance comes at a special point in their own career. The group recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and announced the extended leg of its This Is For World Tour, which will kick off in January 2026.
The tour follows their fourth studio album of the same name, which Nayeon described to W magazine as “a reflection of our growth and a gift to those who have grown with us.” Dahyun added, “The For has a double meaning. It’s the number four, but it’s also the preposition for—as in, for everyone, and for our fans.”
Back in 2023, Jihyo spoke to ELLE about what performing means to her: “I personally have so much fun onstage. I enjoy every moment. It’s kind of like acting, and that process is really fun for me. That’s where I gain my confidence and why I light up on stage.”
