Sharon Osbourne has shared the sad news of another “precious” family member’s passing.
The 73-year-old television personality has faced a series of devastating losses in her inner circle over recent months.
Following the death of her husband, Ozzy, she has been grappling with profound grief and trying to navigate her next steps. Her latest Instagram post suggests that her journey towards healing is far from over as she mourns yet another loss.
On Sunday, Oct. 19, Sharon announced that the family’s beloved dog, Elvis, had passed away.
In a heartfelt message to her followers, she wrote, “I can’t believe I am posting this, but my darling Elvis passed away this week. He gave me 14 precious years. He was by my side until the end. Rest in peace my darling boy!”
Alongside her announcement, she shared three photos of herself with Elvis, one of which was taken during her time hosting The Sharon Osbourne Show.
The final two images featured Ozzy, with the last being a never-before-seen photo showing the singer looking towards the camera as Elvis rested against his chest.
This heartbreaking news comes less than three months after she announced Ozzy’s death.
On Tuesday, July 22, the legendary heavy metal icon, best known as the frontman of rock band Black Sabbath, passed away following a battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Sharon and her children announced the sad news of his passing in a statement, saying, “It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.
“We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time,” they added, before his wife and his four children, Kelly, Aimee, Jack, and Louis, signed off on the note.
Since then, Jack has revealed that Sharon has been having a tough time.

He gave a heart-wrenching update on his mother a few days ago, admitting, “You know, when people have been asking me that question, I say, ‘She’s OK,’ but she’s not OK.”
She’s just trying to figure out where to go from here, how to navigate, what’s the new norm, ‘What do I do without my person?'”
According to Kelly‘s confession in the new documentary Ozzy: No Escape From Now, Sharon’s heartache didn’t start a few months ago.
“I think what’s happening to my mum is the most heartbreaking part of this whole thing,” she said. “And I think that watching the man that she loves most in this world wither is really, really hard.”
Jack assured Sharon has “a lot of love and support around her.” He is currently planning to “bring her back to LA.”
“We must keep moving forward,” he concluded.
