Los Angeles death metallers, Abysmal Dawn, are paying tribute to Tomas “Tompa” Lindberg, frontman of Swedish melodic death metal legends At The Gates, who passed away on September 16 at 52 years of age. He had been battling Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma.

Says Abysmal Dawn: “It’s time for us to hit the road again, so it’s about time we released a new track. The music for this particular song has been kicking around for a while; it’s a nod to our sound on first record and our earlier melodic death metal influences such as At The Gates. Having said that, this one is for Tomas (R.I.P) and all the fans that have continued to support us throughout this journey, for over two decades now.
