Comedian, actor and popular podcaster Stavros Halkias is performing in Des Moines in 2026.
Hoyt Sherman Place recently announced that Halkias will be making a stop in Des Moines as part of his “The Dreamboat” tour, which kicks off Thursday, Jan. 15, in Tampa.

Who is Stavros Halkias?
Halkias, 36, is best known for hosting and appearing on several successful comedic podcasts, including “Stavvy’s World,” which has more than 323,000 subscribers on YouTube and debuted at No. 3 on the iTunes Comedy Charts when it premiered in December 2022. His other YouTube channel, @StavvyBaby, has 807,000 subscribers.
His latest stand-up special, “Fat Rascal,” is streaming on Netflix. He also stars as Dave in the Netflix comedy series “Tires,” alongside fellow comedians Shane Gillis and Steve Gerben.
A Baltimore native, Halkias appears in director Yorgos Lanthimos’ upcoming film “Bugonia,” premiering Oct. 31, and is part of the cast of “Tony,” an A24 film about celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain.
When is Stavros Halkias performing in Des Moines in 2026?

Halkias is scheduled to perform in Des Moines on Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Hoyt Sherman Place. The venue has not released the time for when the doors open for the event.
Presale tickets go on sale starting Wednesday, Oct. 22, with general tickets going on sale Friday, Oct. 24. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the Hoyt Sherman Place box office.
