Kroy Biermann’s first reaction to learning that his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, had moved on romantically was to issue a warning about her spending habits.
After Biermann discovered that Zolciak was dating a man named Kyle Mowitz, he reached out to the new boyfriend’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, according to Us Weekly.
In a June deposition following Mowitz’s March divorce filing, Green claimed Biermann contacted her to talk to her about “Kyle and Kim’s involvement and his concern” with their relationship.
Green insisted she spoke with Biermann only once and that they met up at her cousin’s house to keep the situation private.
She claimed Biermann told her that Zolciak, 47, would “financially … drain money from Kyle,” an extremely successful entrepreneur.
Green claimed Biermann also told her that the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum “was narcissistic and had a gambling problem” and that she “wasn’t present for her children.”
Green said the retired NFL star went on to show her evidence that Zolciak had been using Mowitz’s credit card for groceries and Instacart deliveries.
Green was also asked what she knew about Zolciak prior to her involvement with Mowitz.
“I have watched her on TV for years and just seen in many articles online that her life is filled with drama, and she’s in a very nasty divorce,” Green replied.
“I’ve heard from others locally in the community that have gone to the same school that her children recently went to that she’s dramatic and didn’t show up much for her children’s activities.”
Mowitz’s lawyer then asked, “So you don’t believe that she would be a positive sort of presence in your children’s life. Is that fair to say?” to which Green responded, “Correct.”
She also said she didn’t know whether Zolciak had met the two minor children she shares with Mowitz.
However, Green did deny that she believes Zolciak played any role in the demise of her marriage.
It’s unclear how Zolciak and Mowitz met, but they’ve reportedly been dating since the spring.
In late September, Green served the former Bravolebrity with a subpoena and asked her to submit any and all documents related to her financial relationship with Mowitz, including any and all travel.
Green also requested any and all communications between the two, including those that may involve Biermann.
Zolciak opposed Green’s request to appear for a deposition, calling it “unreasonable, oppressive and intended to annoy and embarrass her.”
Mowitz’s lawyer added in a statement to Us Weekly, “Ms. [Green’s] decision to involve [Zolciak] in the divorce case is highly unnecessary, as any relationship our client may have with her only began after the parties’ separation.”
In court documents related to the divorce, Green referred to Mowitz’s “substantial wealth” and claimed he created and controlled a family trust that had over $100 million invested in it. However, she claimed his income was a “mystery.”
Meanwhile, Mowitz insisted in his filing that Green did not need any spousal support since she was an “able-bodied adult capable of gainful employment.”
The former couple, who married in June 2017, have accused each other of engaging in extramarital affairs.
Following a brief fling with Chet Hanks, Mowitz is Zolciak’s first serious relationship since her contentious separation from Biermann, who filed for divorce in 2023 after nearly 11 years of marriage.
They share four minor children. He also adopted her two eldest daughters.
