A widely discussed psychological thriller featuring Harry Styles will arrive on Netflix soon, reigniting attention around one of the actor’s most talked-about roles. Although the streamer has not released promotional details yet, the film is already generating significant buzz ahead of its debut.

Don’t Worry Darling releasing on Netflix in November

Olivia Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling joins Netflix’s U.S. catalog on November 1, 2025, as part of the platform’s monthly lineup (via What’s On Netflix). The 2022 psychological thriller stars Florence Pugh and Harry Styles as Alice and Jack, a couple living in an experimental desert community filled with secrets. The film was distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures and earned $87 million worldwide, according to Box Office Mojo.

Netflix will release several major films in November 2025, including Elvis (2022), Tenet (2020), Ocean’s 8 (2018), Crazy Rich Asians (2018), and Wonka (2023). The platform will also debut new Netflix Originals such as Frankenstein, directed by Guillermo del Toro, In Your Dreams, and Stranger Things Season 5, Volume 1. These releases show Netflix’s ongoing effort to grow its lineup of theatrical hits and exclusive titles.

Released in September 2022, Don’t Worry Darling marked Olivia Wilde’s second directorial feature following Booksmart (2019). The film also stars Chris Pine, Gemma Chan, and Nick Kroll. It premiered at the Venice International Film Festival, where off-screen controversies became a major focus.

Reports noted a feud between Olivia Wilde and Florence Pugh during production. They also cited disputes over Shia LaBeouf’s departure and rumors about Wilde’s relationship with Harry Styles. At the Venice Film Festival, a viral video seemed to show Styles spitting on Chris Pine, but both actors later denied it. Despite the controversies, critics praised Pugh’s performance, and the film achieved strong box-office results.

Set in the 1950s, the film follows Alice as she uncovers dark secrets behind her seemingly perfect town. Katie Silberman wrote the screenplay, based on a story by Shane and Carey Van Dyke. Produced by New Line Cinema and Vertigo Entertainment, the film draws viewers with its striking visuals and psychological tension. It will arrive on Netflix this November.
