Thomas Skinner came to fame on the 2019 series of The Apprentice, where he was fired by Lord Sugar in week nine.
He made headlines recently thanks to his friendship with JD Vance, and is now mostly known for his presence on social media, where he signs off posts with the catchphrase: “Bosh.”
Skinner, who was partnered with Amy Dowden, became the first celebrity to be voted off the show on October 5 after being defeated by former England rugby player Chris Robshaw and his partner Nadiya Bychkova in Sunday’s dance-off.
Kristian Nairn – DJ and Hodor in Game of Thrones
Alongside his famous role as Hodor (“hold the door!”) in Game of Thrones, as well as appearing in pirate comedy Our Flag Means Death, Kristian Nairn is also an internationally renowned house and trance DJ.
His exit from this year’s Strictly was announced on 21 August, before the series had begun. “With a heavy heart, I have to step back from this season of Strictly Come Dancing due to unexpected medical reasons,” he said.
Dani Dyer – reality star
Actor Danny Dyer’s daughter, Dani Dyer rose to fame in series four of Love Island and has since gone on to be a guest reporter on the One Show. Dyer recently married West Ham footballer Jarrod Bowen.
Her departure, due to injury, was announced on September 23, after being paired with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin on the previous Saturday’s launch show.
The show’s line-up is the usual mix of actors, athletes, presenters and reality TV and (a fixture in recent years) social media stars.
