As the weekend rolls by, the musical biopic on Bruce Springsteen‘s Nebraska era comes to life in theaters. Deliver Me From Nowhere was expected to be a game-changer, certainly one of the biggest headliners amid a slow movie week consisting of a horror, a romance, and an anime.
However, to much surprise, the Jeremy Allen White biopic not only failed to open at No. 1 at the box office, but it also brought in an underwhelming $9.1 million domestically in its opening weekend. Internationally, the biopic has earned $7 million, bringing its global tally to $16.1 million. (Variety)
