Kelce continues his strong NFL season; Chiefs are in action on “Monday Night Football.”
Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce nearly broke the internet in August when they announced their engagement. After two years of dating, the couple is now headed down the aisle in what could very well be one of the most documented celebrity weddings of all time.
Since their major relationship milestone, both Swift and Kelce have been busy with their respective careers. The 14-time Grammy Award-winning artist has been promoting her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl,” which was released on Oct. 3. Kelce, on the other hand, is in the midst of his 13th NFL season with the Chiefs.

Kelce and the Chiefs are in action on Monday. They host the Washington Commanders in a home game at Arrowhead Stadium for “Monday Night Football.” The four-time All-Pro tight end, who has registered 31 catches for 375 yards and two touchdowns in seven games played this season, will be looking to keep it going against Washington.
As for Swift, the “Eras Tour” headliner received some historic news one day before Kelce’s game. On Sunday, Billboard announced that “The Life of a Showgirl” has remained at the top of the Billboard 200 for a third straight week.
This development sees Swift inch closer to an all-time record currently held by The Beatles.
“Taylor Swift ups her career total of weeks at No. 1 on that chart to 89 – a tally topped by only one act in the chart’s 69-year history,” Billboard wrote. “The Beatles amassed 132 weeks at No. 1 between 1964 and 2001, giving them a comfortable, 43-week lead over Swift, but at the rate she’s going, she may eventually equal or surpass them.”
Since first topping the Billboard 200 in 2008 with her second album, “Fearless,” the West Reading, Pennsylvania native has since established herself as the top solo artist and top American artist for the most weeks at No. 1.
At this point in her career, there’s no denying that Swift has cemented her legacy as one of the greatest artists of all time — a title that Kelce has also achieved in the NFL as an all-time great tight end.
