These actors aren’t likely to have large roles, but demonstrate how much money Disney is willing to spend on what it predicts will become a Box-Office Slam Dunk. However, only time will tell whether their prediction comes true.
Since moving on from Professional Wrestling, “The Rock” has been in pretty much everything. He has been in a wide number of live-action films, as well as several animated ones. While Johnson doesn’t typically provide a unique voice for his roles, many consider his own voice iconic enough. That said, it’s possible he could ham it up for this upcoming Disney role. After all, Johnson is one of the leading figures in Disney’s other major franchise, Moana.

It honestly doesn’t matter if many of his acting roles are similar, because his fans will continue to see him in whatever projects he continues to land. That said, his iconic professional wrestling persona is most likely why a lot of people end up conflating his various roles. Many of his roles are based on his original persona, which could seem somewhat repetitive in the long run. Yet, Johnson makes it work in nearly every movie he stars in.
In the end, Dwayne Johnson is one of many to receive a small cameo role in Zootopia 2. This is an extremely creative decision and will likely help generate additional buzz around the film. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that Johnson will have too large a role in the plot. That said, he will likely stand out due to his iconic and easily recognizable voice.
