PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Before the holidays slow Portland’s live music calendar, several acclaimed musicians are set to headline local shows.
Here are just seven of the concerts coming to the Rose City through November.
‘New set of hurdles’: WasabiCon cancels 2025 event, announces indefinite hiatus
When: Thursday, Nov. 6 at 8 p.m.
Where: Roseland Theater, 8 NW 6th Ave., Portland, OR 97209
After releasing two collaboration albums with The Alchemist, Freddie Gibbs is touring in support of the latest record. His collaborator has also joined the tour as an opening act, with both rappers slated to perform tracks like “Ensalada” and “1995.”
When: Thursday, Nov. 6 and Friday, Nov. 7 at 8 p.m.
Where: Revolution Hall, 1300 SE Stark St. #203, Portland, OR 97214
Local fans will be among the first to hear “Shish,” the 10th studio album from Portugal. The Man, live after it drops on Nov. 7. The Portland-based band said the release will be “best consumed in community/as family.”
When: Friday, Nov. 7 at 7:30 p.m.

Ten-time Grammy nominee Eric Church is taking his newest record, “Evangeline vs. the Machine,” on the road. The country music star is best known for songs such as “Springsteen” and “Give Me Back My Hometown.”

NBA Youngboy is bringing his chart-climbing album “MASA” to arenas. Offset, NoCap, DeeBaby and Mellow Rackz are among the artists joining the “Make No Sense” rapper on stage.
When: Thursday, Nov. 13 at 8 p.m.
Where: McMenamins Crystal Ballroom, 1332 W Burnside St., Portland, OR 97209
Wu-Tang Clan founding member Raekwon is marking the 30th anniversary of his debut solo album. Mobb Deep — formerly a hip-hop duo made up of Havoc and Prodigy, until Prodigy’s death — is commemorating sophomore album “The Infamous.”
When: Monday, Nov. 17 at 8 p.m.

After being featured in Hulu’s “Nine Perfect Strangers,” King Princess returned to music with another critically acclaimed indie project. The singer-songwriter’s tour started with the Austin City Limits music festival in early October, and will end in Berlin later in December.
‘Creating something unique’: Portland Fire introduce new head coach Alex Sarama
When: Thursday, Nov. 20 at 7:30 p.m.
Where: McMenamins Crystal Ballroom, 1332 W Burnside St., Portland, OR 97209
Khruangbin is commemorating the 10-year anniversary of the group’s debut: “The Universe Smiles Upon You.” The trio said, “We cannot wait to share this moment with you.”
