Content powerhouse, Banijay Entertainment, today announces BC11, a new music and live events label from Endemol France (part of Banijay France), the creative force behind hit entertainment format Star Academy.
Recently appointed Director of Programming at Endemol France, Matthieu Grelier will step into a dual role and lead BC11 as its CEO.
This strategic push leverages Endemol France’s content creation expertise to reach new audiences and expand its footprint into live events. BC11 will extend the success of iconic brands like Star Academy and Drag Racebeyond the screen by producing live tours, supporting artist development, and imagining new stage experiences. The new label will also create and develop original IP across the music and live events space.
In partnership with Sony Music France through Arachnée Productions, BC11’s first flagship project is the Star Academy 2026 tour, with tickets now officially on sale. This follows the success of two sold-out tours for the show, which gathered nearly one million spectators across more than 130 performances in France, Belgium, and Switzerland. This collaboration also includes the release of Voulez-Vous, this year’s anthem launched last week, along with the upcoming album, a coproduction between BC11 and Colombia/Sony Music France.
