Nicole Kidman might be dealing with a high-profile split, but that didn’t stop her from having some fun at a recent concert.
The iconic actress made a surprise appearance at Sabrina Carpenter’s Nashville stop on her Short n’ Sweet tour Tuesday, November 4, where she was humorously “arrested for being too hot.”
As the 26-year-old singer introduced her next song, she spotted Kidman in the crowd and stopped mid-show to playfully address her. “We come to this arena for magic, right? Oh my goodness, speaking of magic,” Carpenter said as sirens blared and cameras panned to Kidman on the jumbotron. “I expected to find love but not my soulmate,” she joked, before presenting the Oscar winner with a pair of furry pink handcuffs and dedicating her next performance — “Juno” — to her.
Kidman’s cameo carried extra attention given her recent headline-making divorce from country star Keith Urban. The actress filed to dissolve their 20-year marriage in September, citing “irreconcilable differences” and listing the date of separation as the day of filing.

Reports from TMZ later suggested another woman may have contributed to the breakup, with one insider alleging that “all the signs point to the fact that Keith is with another woman.” Kidman, 58, who shares two daughters with Urban — Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14 — has kept a high profile in the weeks since.
Urban, also 58, wrapped up his High and Alive Tour on a viral note after forgetting the lyrics to one of his biggest hits. During his Nashville show on October 17, the 57-year-old country singer stumbled through his 2016 duet with Carrie Underwood, “The Fighter,” before laughing and admitting to the crowd, “And I’ve forgotten my own words to my song.” The audience erupted in cheers as his bandmate Natalie Stovall helped him finish the performance.
The singer reportedly removed “The Fighter” from his setlist earlier in the tour amid rumors about his onstage chemistry with guitarist Maggie Baugh — who was noticeably absent from the show that night and at one point, rumored to be the “other woman.”
