Princess Eugenie made a rare, princess-off-duty appearance this week in West London.
The royal and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, were spotted walking around town with some friends on Tuesday, looking relaxed in their casual fits.
Eugenie went monochrome in a classic black T-shirt with a wide scoop neck, which she tucked into high-waisted, wide-leg black jeans. She capped off the laid-back look with brown suede boots with pointed toes and some gold jewelry, including dangly earrings and a chain necklace with coin-shaped pendants. Her hair was up in a messy bun.
Jack went just as casual, opting for a white sweatshirt layered over a gray tee, loose, light-wash blue jeans, and black athletic sneakers. What really sealed the deal? A black Las Vegas Raiders beanie (didn’t peg you as a fan, Jack).
The couple’s smiley, low-key outing comes days after Eugenie’s father, Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, was stripped of his royal titles and honors by brother King Charles III. The decision came amid the ongoing scandal regarding Andrew’s ties to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. (Andrew was accused of sexual assault by the late Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, and although he has constantly denied all accusations against him, the king has now taken a harsh stance in the matter.)
Neither Eugenie nor her sister, Princess Beatrice, have publicly commented on the matter. And despite the fact that their mother, Sarah Ferguson, also lost her duchess title due to their father’s scandal, Eugenie and Beatrice will remain princesses.
