On Monday, it seems like Sonny (Maurice Benard) is at his wits’ end with Michael (Rory Gibson). His son has been keeping most of his plans, schemes, and thoughts about Drew’s shooting close to the vest. Meanwhile, Sonny’s running around Port Charles, trying to keep the cops from going after Michael.
Needless to say, his patience has apparently run out. Look for him to plead with Michael. What exactly does he ask his son? To tell him the unvarnished truth about that night Drew was shot? To tell him what his specific plans — line by line — are for staying out of trouble? Something makes us think that Michael will keep Sonny waiting.
Portia Confesses
Meanwhile, Portia (Brook Kerr) makes a confession. The GH Co-chief of Staff has a lot she could confess. The big-ticket gossip item is that she’s pregnant, and she doesn’t know who the father is.
However, people are discovering how she was under Drew’s thumb. So she could confess to someone new about the leverage Drew (Cameron Mathison, whose movie hits the big screen this holiday season) had on her. Every which way Portia turns, she faces complications of her own making.
A Surprised Nina
Although, to be fair, Nina (Cynthia Watros) helped pile on to Portia’s problems. She threw the doctor under the bus to help provide a non-Michael alternative to Drew’s attempted murder investigation. Does something come of that? Is that why the teasers suggest that she’s pleasantly surprised all of a sudden? Or does something else turn that frown upside down?
