Amy Schumer is starting fresh on Instagram.
The comedian, 44, deleted all her previous photos and added one new post on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
The new post featured the Trainwreck star showing off her latest look, the Valentino Red Silk-Wool Heart Mini Dress paired with Chanel shoes.
“I actually left my house tonight. Who’s proud?” she captioned the post. “I’m feeling good and happy. Deleted my old pics for no reason!”
Hours before she made the announcement, she posted a photo of her very first Instagram post to her Instagram Stories. “My first ever insta post. I’m gonna erase them all cause why not?” she wrote.

The clean sweep of her Instagram profile follows her recent photos documenting her weight loss journey. On Oct. 30, she posted an carousel on Oct. 30 and shared, “I’m feeling strong and like myself.”
Schumer has been open about her weight loss journey in the past, including her “horrible experience” with Ozempic, since she revealed she had liposuction in 2022.
“I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy,” she said during a January appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show. “So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy. But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”
Months later, in March, she opened up about taking a combination of medications that yielded good results for her endometriosis and her perimenopause symptoms.

Three years after trying Ozempic, she tried a different GLP1 medication, Mounjaro. In March 2025, Schumer posted an Instagram video of her talking about her second shot of the medication, saying she’s had a “great” experience.
Meanwhile, after Schumer publicly shared her “personal” Cushing syndrome diagnosis in 2024, she said that she wanted to “advocate for women’s health.”
“The shaming and criticism of our ever-changing bodies is something I have dealt with and witnessed for a long time,” she said in an Instagram video. “I want so much for women to love themselves and be relentless when fighting for their own health in a system that usually doesn’t believe them.”
