A few months after the breakup, the Coldplay frontman was spotted with actress Sophie Turner, sparking romance rumors.
However, sources has now revealed to Star that he is unable to move on from Johnson. “There’s a real sadness when he speaks about Dakota because he has a lot of regret.”
For many years, the 48-year-old singer called the Hollywood star “the love of his life and they went though so much together, never thought he’d be in this position in his late 40s.”
Now, as per the individual, Martin is “making the best of it and enjoying these dates with Sophie, but it’s painfully obvious he’s still hung up on Dakota.”
Talking further about the former couple, the tipsters also revealed the reason why the 36-year-old actress split with the singer. “Chris did not want things to end with Dakota, he’s tried several times to lure her back,” claimed the source.
