Rumor Willis may have taken home the mirrorball trophy on her season of Dancing with the Stars, but she may be even more thankful for the show connecting her with now-bestie Kaitlyn Bristowe.
“The new dynamic duo you didn’t know you needed but can’t live without,” Willis captioned the video showing the pair’s antics at the DWTS’ 20th anniversary party. “@kaitlynbristowe you are magic. I am so happy the universe has brought us together this year through so many different winding roads.”
While the two participated on different seasons of the ballroom dance competition show, with Willis on Season 20 and Bristowe on Season 29, the daughter of Demi Moore gushed about how the DWTS universe brought them together.
“Not only was it a dream to come back to @dancingwiththestars with you but to find a cover ever friend out of it is just the icing on the cake,” she wrote. “I’ll be the Thelma to your Louise any day. Here is to many more days filled with mischief and laughter.”

The video, entitled “The chaotic friendship you didn’t know you needed,” was filled with funny behind-scenes moments from DWTS’ 20th anniversary party where the two also made an appearance together on the dance floor during the show.
And while the comments were flooded with fans loving their friendship, DWTS pro also weighed in, wanting to join the two.
“I BLOODY LOVE YOU TWO!!!!” she wrote. “May I please be third wheel?!”
Willis was partnered with Val Chmerkovskiy for her winning season on DWTS, while the Bachelorette star, who also won her season, was partnered with Artem Chigvintsev. The 20th anniversary party saw the return of tons of former dancing pros as well as stars including Ginger Zee and Xochtl Gomez, who’s sparked rumors of a romance with current DWTS participant, Robert Irwin.
