Meredith Marks is capitalizing on one of her catchphrases.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City veteran star is launching a party game called Rümors & Nastiness. And yes, there’s an umlaut in the spelling. Perhaps that is a reference to Meredith vast array of acquired accents.
It’s a smart, funny, and original idea to capitalize on her platform. The whole project is a nod to her legacy on RHOSLC. Meredith has been the target of a lot of rumors and nastiness on the show as it is. Then there is her role in the promotional video as the “instigator” passing out “diamonds” to the players. It’s a marketing gem.

“Today we’re introducing a new outrageous party game, Rümors & Nastiness,” Meredith said in the video posted to Instagram. “The host is the Instigator who stirs the pot. And the rest of the players are the Fabulous who spill the tea. The goal, bet your bling on fact or fiction. Succeed and pocket the ice. Fail and pay the price.”
Meredith and her son, Brooks Marks, filmed the promotional video in a private jet. As the Meredith Marks Caviar founder encourages her fans to “round up your ride or dies,” the video cast shows how to play the game.
“I was so embarrassed. I rolled out my yoga mat and my thong flipped out and hit the instructor right in the face,” one said. To which Brooks responded, “definitely a rumor.” And the Next Gen NYC star lost his bling after it was confirmed to be “a nasty truth.”
Meredith explained the rules, “it’s simple the one with the most diamonds wins.” She then throws out a handful of “diamonds” to the players.
“Fasten your seatbelts. It’s going to be a bumpy ride,” Meredith concluded.
It’s all the more controversial given the recent RHOSLC episode. According to several other cast members, Meredith was allegedly terrorizing Britani Bateman on a commercial flight back from their yacht trip.
