Selena Gomez and her husband Benny Blanco stepped out for a date night in Los Angeles over the weekend.
On November 15, the newly married couple was spotted leaving the Mediterranean restaurant Saffy’s. Gomez wore an all-black look: a graphic T-shirt, a long trench coat, slacks, boots, and a matte Louis Vuitton bag. She wore her hair down and accessorized with simple hoop earrings.

Gomez and Blanco had plenty to celebrate. They were both recently nominated for a Grammy Award in the Best Dance Pop Recording category for their song “Bluest Flame,” from their album, I Said I Love You First. The track was also co-written by Charli XCX.
In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Blanco opened up about what it was like working with Gomez.
“You know, Selena makes it very easy to write songs about ’cause she’s the best,” he said, noting that not every song he makes is autobiographical. “Songs have multiple meanings. Sometimes I’ve written songs and people think it’s about a woman [I’m dating], but it’s really about my relationship with my mother.”
He has also shared that Gomez is the female artist who’s given him the most wisdom. “I learned from Selena that when you have patience and love for another person, it makes everything so much easier,” he told ELLE.
