According to psychic Debbie Davies, Princess Anne’s intuition might have told her Meghan Markle wasn’t fit for The Firm. “Princess Anne is just like her dad, Prince Philip, was and could see straight through Meghan Markle,” she told the Daily Star.

Debbie Davies believes Princess Anne and the late Prince Philip knew Meghan Markle wasn’t aware of what marrying Prince Harry would entail. “[Philip] could see her for what she is, and so could I, on their wedding day. I just sat there shaking my head. I stood there saying, ‘This is a complete and utter disaster waiting to happen,'” she recalled.

No-nonsense Princess Anne was likely unable to cover up her feelings about Meghan Markle entering the royal family. “Princess Anne is fabulous, she just gives everything that she thinks away on her face,” Debbie Davies said. “She doesn’t need to say anything. You can see it in her eyes. You take one look at her and you can see what she’s thinking, she’s totally transparent.”

According to Daily Express columnist Mieka Smiles, whether it be in royal life or in business, Meghan Markle has an authenticity problem. “A lot of her terrible press is brought on by her total inability to tell the truth about who she is. Because here in Britain we value truth-tellers … which is why Meghan’s shtick has worn out so quickly,” Smiles wrote.
