Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are moving toward fully reconciling this holiday season. Multiple sources spoke to Us Weekly about the on-again, off-again couple’s status as they prepare to celebrate their baby girl Saga’s first Thanksgiving and Christmas as a family. (Around last Thanksgiving, Fox broke up with Kelly due to longtime trust issues, sources said; she was pregnant with Saga and welcomed her this March.)
As they co-parent, their relationship has improved. “They’ve been staying together again, and Megan has let MGK back into her life with no lingering tension between them,” one source said, noting they’ve kept a “low profile” as they repair their relationship.
Saga has been a real game changer, the source added: “Their baby girl is their top priority, and she’s brought them closer than ever. They’re in a much stronger place than they were even six months ago, and Megan says their baby has given her a sense of peace and healing.”
A second source said that Fox is open to fully reconciling with Kelly. Their lives are “much more integrated” now and “as long as [Kelly] commits to proving himself, [she’d] give him another chance.”
He’ll be part of her holiday celebration too, the insider revealed: “They are planning on spending the holidays together and are working toward getting back together. They want to be unified as the holidays approach and want to make their family dynamic harmonious. He’s made mistakes, and they are hoping to get back to where they were. They want their family dynamic to work.”
In late October, a source told People that their relationship was a little nebulous: “He spends pretty much every night at her house with the baby, and they act like a couple, but they haven’t put a label on it or made anything official.”
A second source added, “Megan’s very happy with how he’s stepped up for both her and the baby. While they still have separate homes, they spend a lot of time together as a family. They’re putting the baby first, and it’s brought them closer in many ways. Things are great now. He’s amazing with the baby, and she very much enjoys spending time with him.”
