The David Kramer-run Big Three representation giant inked a long-term lease at Civic Center Drive with the building’s owner, investment firm DivCore Capital, which unveiled the new deal. (The year that the lease runs through wasn’t disclosed.)
The agency occupies two four-story buildings and 192,000-square-feet as the sole tenant of the complex, which originally was Hilton Hotels’ HQ when it opened in 1985.
UTA had been based at Civic Center since 2012 after it signed a 15-year lease at the time following a move from its old Wilshire Blvd digs. That was around the time the agency opened its Seventh Avenue office in New York. In L.A, it enlisted architecture firm Rottet Studio for an extensive series of renovations said to cost around $30 million for Civic Center.
