A federal jury determined that blogger Milagro Gramz defamed and harassed the “Body” rapper, born Megan Pete, by sharing a sexually explicit deepfake video of the star, who Lanez shot in the feet during a 2020 altercation.
Jurors slapped the blogger, whose real name is Milagro Cooper, with a $75,000 judgement covering damages for defamation, emotional distress and for posting the non-consensual, AI-crafted porn.
After the decision, Cooper said she was “not ecstatic” about the judgment and added, “Of course you want things to go your way, but like I said, I respect the jury and what they decided.”
“It’s really embarrassing to have to look at what the people don’t know,” she said. “See, in a position like that, like, I know it’s not me, but to be in front of everybody else and they have to watch it — it’s really embarrassing.”
