ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Biltmore Village invites the public to step back in time this holiday season during its Dickens Christmas in the Village event.
During the two-day event, the streets of the historic village will be filled with the sounds music, including costumed carolers, brass ensembles and other musicians.

Visitors can also enjoy treats like hot cocoa and apple cider as they wander through the Charles Dickens-themed ambiance.
The event culminates with a visit from Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus at New Morning Gallery on Sunday.

Dickens Christmas in the Village is part of a month-long holiday celebration called It’s A Wonderful Village, featuring family-friendly events and special shopping weekends.
From Dec. 11–31, several Biltmore Village shops will offer special holiday-themed menu options.
On Dec. 13, kids are invited to “take over the village” with special activities and crafts for the entire family at several village businesses.
On Sunday, Dec. 21, at 6 p.m., the public is invited to sing by candlelight at The Cathedral of All Souls.
