Saturday Night Live Season 51 is rocking and rolling with some of music’s biggest stars.
After launching on October 4 with Doja Cat’s SNL debut, Studio 8H has been graced with some old friends — like Sabrina Carpenter and Brandi Carlile — and new hitmakers. Role Model, sombr, and Olivia Dean all brought the house down in the fall, and December is shaping up to be just as much of a bop. Dijon will mark his first performance at SNL, while both Lily Allen and Cher are returning literal decades after their Musical Guest debuts in 2007 and 1987, respectively.
You can turn back time to other Musical Guests of the past by heading to Peacock to stream the documentary Ladies & Gentleman … 50 Years of SNL Music, but if you just want to find out more about this season’s lineup, we got you, babe. Get all the details below!

This was the “Espresso” singer‘s first episode as Host and second as Musical Guest. She previously helped close out Season 49 on May 18, 2024, and made a few other brief appearances. She opened SNL50: The Anniversary Special with Paul Simon and parodied her own song in the third “Domingo” sketch. She popped up again to help May 3, 2025 Host Quinta Brunson sing about being short. So far, there’s nothing she can’t seem to do.
