The Game Awards 2025: The full list of winners sees Clair Obscur Expedition 33 sweep

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 the is biggest winner of the night with a total of nine awards.

It’s a big year for The Game Awards, with huge announcements like Tomb Raider Catalyst and Total War: Warhammer 40,000, among others. But this year’s nominees have been quite diverse and colourful, with multiple indie titles landing plenty of nominations. 

This year, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 was the most decorated game, having won a whopping nine awards, including Game of the Year. The game could’ve swept all of its nominations, if not for Battlefield 6 winning the Best Audio Design award and Wuthering Waves somehow taking the Player’s Voice award.
