“A Lot of Hate”: Sydney Sweeney Talks About Negative Comments on TikTok Targeted Toward Her

Sydney Sweeney has opened up about the harsh comments she sees on TikTok, especially as she promotes her new movie, The Housemaid.

In a recent Vanity Fair lie detector video, she told co-star Amanda Seyfried that her TikTok account, @syds_garage, is filled with negativity. “Sadly a lot of hate,” Sweeney said. Seyfried reacted strongly, saying, “Well, f*** TikTok! F*** TikTok!” showing how tough social media can be for celebrities.

“Depends on what TikTok I’m on. If I’m on my private TikTok, my entire Fyp is history facts and arts & craft. And if I’m on my Syds Garage page, it’s sadly a lot of hate about me.
