Beloved actor Dick Van Dyke is celebrating his 100th birthday on Saturday.
Van Dyke starred in the eponymous “Dick Van Dyke Show” in the early 1960s, and he led the long-running program “Diagnosis: Murder” in the 1990s. In between, Van Dyke starred in many TV programs and movies, including the beloved musicals “Mary Poppins,” “Bye Bye Birdie” and “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.”
During his career, Van Dyke won four Primetime Emmy Awards, a Tony Award and a Grammy Award. He was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1995.
