A star on Sky News Australia has given his opinion after it was reported that Meghan Markle allegedly has a list of demands for a potential return to the UK. UK barrister and broadcaster Andrew Eborn spoke with Australia’s Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power, where he shared his thoughts on the list. He remarked: “The Sussex shock return of the madness from Montecito. What it basically means is mending ties with King Charles and resolving Prince Harry’s security issues. Harry’s made it very clear he wants to get closer to his father… and this is a good stage, but what they’re saying is it comes with a Netflix package.”
He added: “It is about that security, it is about making sure that she gets that sort of respect and respect for all people in that conversation.”
Express Online has contacted representatives of Meghan and Harry for comment.
It comes after a royal commentator claimed that Meghan Markle was accused of making “demands” to secure a better place to live when she was in the UK.
Kinsey Schofield has argued that the Duchess of Sussex asked if she and Prince Harry could have suites at Windsor Castle. She suggested Meghan wanted to share the same space as Queen Elizabeth II.
The royal expert reportedly claimed the Duchess approached the palace after marrying Prince Harry in 2018 to see if they could secure a “rather grand accommodation”.
Schofield’s remarks, made in January last year, followed the Sussexes’ appearance in their Netflix docu-series, which appeared to criticise the home they were given.
Ms. Schofield claimed Meghan‘s query came from a “fixation” on what the then Duchess of Cambridge had and an attempt to acquire “something of similar value.”
It has also been reported that Prince Harry is planning a 2027 film to commemorate the 30th anniversary of his mother, the late Princess Diana’s, death.
