Kate Middleton has expressed appreciation for King Charles’ recent reunion with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, according to a source.
Earlier this month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex met with King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House in the UK. The get-together saw the couple bring their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, to visit their royal grandfather for the first time in years.
It marked the first time Charles had seen his two grandchildren since 2022, with the family living stateside in the US. It’s believed the Sussex family also visited Princess Diana’s childhood home on the trip. It comes after Meghan and Kate’s ‘pathetic’ fight which ripped the royal family to pieces was exposed.

Although Harry, Meghan and their children did not cross paths with Harry’s estranged brother Prince William or Kate Middleton during their recent UK visit, the Princess of Wales is understood to have viewed the family’s reunion with the King in a positive light.

A source told US Weekly that Catherine “appreciated” Meghan’s gesture to bring the kids to meet with her father-in-law, King Charles. She reportedly holds this view despite the fact that both Catherine and William remain estranged from Harry and Meghan following years of bitter feuding.
The source said, “Kate values harmony, but she also supports where William is emotionally. She would love for things to come together and be repaired, but will support William and his timeline.”
The source continued, “There’s still a lot of hurt, and it’s going to take time to heal.” Prince William and Catherine have allegedly had no contact with Harry and Meghan for quite some time, with a divide between the two couples persisting for several years.
Sources suggest that although there were certain conflicts between the siblings and their spouses during Harry and Meghan’s time as working royals, the situation worsened following The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s departure from royal duties in 2020.
The breaking point is thought to have been Harry’s 2023 memoir Spare, in which he spoke unfavorably about William and Catherine. In the book, Harry alleged William physically attacked him during a 2019 argument at Nottingham Cottage.
The Duke of Sussex claimed his brother grabbed him by the collar, ripped his necklace, and knocked him to the floor, leaving visible injuries. The alleged altercation came after William called Meghan “difficult” and “rude.”

Harry also claimed his brother tried to discourage him from marrying Meghan, claiming their relationship was moving “too fast.” He also touched on their childhood in Spare, suggesting William wanted his brother to pretend they didn’t know one another when they attended the same school.
It comes after Prince Harry’s body language exposed his true feelings during an ‘uncomfortable’ speech.
