Despite being invited to spend Christmas with her disgraced parents, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson, as well as the annual Sandringham gathering with the royals, Princess Beatrice isn’t attending either.
A source told The Sunthat the 37-year-old wants to “avoid embarrassment” and will be spending the day skiing with her husband, Edo Mapelli Mozzi, and their friends instead.

According to the source, Princess Beatrice has been “tormented” over picking her parents and King Charles III. “She didn’t want it to look like they were snubbing anyone, so it was easier to go off with friends,” the insider said.

Although King Charles III stripped Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and Sarah Ferguson of their titles over their ties to Jeffrey Epstein, he has been protecting Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. “That is why with Eugenie they went to Buckingham Palace for the pre-Christmas family lunch,” the source claimed. “She appreciates the way that the King and [Prince] William have looked after her during everything that has been happening with Andy and Sarah.”
