South Carolina-based 810 Entertainment will overtake the Pinstripes space.

Months after the massive Johnson County entertainment spot and restaurant Pinstripes closed, a new concept will replace it.
Entertainment restaurant and bar 810 Entertainment will soon move into the space at 13500 Nall Ave. in Overland Park.
The concept hopes to open in the Prairiefire district in February.
“We are really excited about 810,” Fred Merrill Jr., developer with Prairiefire, said in a text to The Star. “They are a great operator!”
Hailing from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, 810 markets itself as an all-in-one party destination. Gaming options vary by location but include billiards, bowling, ping pong and more.
Michael Siniscalchi, CEO of 810, said the Overland Park spot will play off the existing space, leaning more into bowling and bocce.
“Overland Park seems like a great spot for our first location in the state,” Siniscalchi said. “We’re looking forward to planting a flag in Prariefire.”
A ticketed augmented reality experience — technology blending graphics and sound into the real world — will also be included in the space.
While most of 810’s menu items are more casual (think nachos and cheesesteaks), Siniscalchi wanted the spot to have slightly more upscale offerings, like its predecessor.
Some of those potential menu options: cast-iron focaccia, margherita pizza, gnocchi and vodka sauce, and grilled salmon.
“We wanna differentiate ourselves on a higher quality food offering and a more attentive service model,” Sinisalchi said.
The company has more than a dozen spots across the country and is hoping to open 10 more in the next year.
Pinstripes closed at the site in September after 11 years. The bocce and bowling company filed for bankruptcy not long before and shut down several other locations across the country at the same time.
Pinstripes still has eight spots open in Illinois, Ohio, Maryland and beyond.
Also in the Prairiefire district is pickleball and entertainment spot Chicken N Pickle, which entered the metro in North Kansas City in 2017.
