According to Ephraim Hardcastle‘s column in Daily Mail, Sarah Ferguson — who usually sends a joint Christmas greeting alongside her ex-husband, Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor — issued a “rather gushing personalized apology” to The Firm in her own personal card.
