New Year’s Eve events across the mid-Hudson Valley
Skate Time’s New Year’s Eve Party: For $20 at the door, situated at 5164 Route 209 in Accord, roller skate into 2026 at this all-ages party from 5-10 p.m. There will be an 8 p.m. ball drop celebration including complimentary sparkling wine, juice and New Year’s Eve party gear, according to their website. Curry Estate’s New Year’s Eve Party 2026: Nestled in Hopewell Junction on Route 52, ring in 2026 here with a five-hour party from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. Start the party with hors d’oeuvres, indulge in their grand buffet and five-hour top-shelf open bar, and find live entertainment from Nick Michaels. Hats and noise makers will be given, and patrons will get a breakfast sandwich on the way out. Tickets are just over $200, including tax, tip and service fee. Damn The Torpedoes, A Tribute to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, at Daryl’s House: Get live music on New Year’s Eve at 130 Route 22 in Pawling. The entertainment, for all ages, starts at 7 p.m. and doors open at 5 p.m. General admission tickets are $45 each, and note, there’s no guaranteed seating. Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum’s New Year’s at Noon: Celebrate the new year at noon with the family from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This event has a lineup of activities, from a DJ dance party to themed crafts as well as science demos. Enjoy refreshments, in part courtesy of Stewart’s Shops, and countdown to the new year at noon with the children, with a museum-wide balloon drop. Aspire Brewing’s New Year’s Eve Party: At 600 N Galleria Drive in Middletown, count down to the new year here and stay until 1 a.m. With your $60 ticket, enjoy a buffet, cash bar, free champagne at 12 a.m. and a live DJ. Plus, you can also reserve activities including axe throwing and a golf simulator. Tickets are $60 at the door. The Grandview’s New Year’s Eve Gala: Go into 2026 dressed to the nines at this gala from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Enjoy a plethora of food, including a cocktail reception, dinner, dessert and decadent departures, according to their website, on the way out. Anticipate a top-shelf open bar for the night, as well as music from K104’s Bill Beale. The night will cost you $170 per person, plus 22% house service charge and sales tax. 1915 Wine Cellar’s Old Hollywood New Year’s Eve Celebration: At this themed NYE party, think dress to impress like a glamorous movie star in the golden age of Hollywood. Choose how you want to celebrate with either a themed five-course meal from 7-9 p.m. and countdown party afterward from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., or just the party. The countdown party only tickets, including an unlimited buffet, DJ entertainment and complimentary glass of bubbly, are $55. The VIP tickets, which include everything from the party, along with the five-course meal and reserved table for the evening, are $139. Have a night out for New Year’s Eve: Here are five spots
Colony Woodstock’s NYE Dance Party: At this cosmic-themed event, located at 22 Rock City Road in Woodstock, listen and dance to live music by opener Freek’s Garage and then Silver Spaceship, playing a bit of funk, pop, soul and classic rock, at 10 p.m. The doors open at 8 p.m., live music starts at 9 p.m. and it runs until 1 a.m. There will also be a cosmic costume contest too. NYE at the Academy: For those 21 and over, try 33 Academy St. in Poughkeepsie for this party that begins at 10 p.m. From 10:30-11:30 p.m., enjoy cocktail hour and at midnight have a champagne toast. Listen to DJ SNS, Bobby Konders of Hot 97, Dj Curt Kre Z and DJ Mike Neezy during the night. Tickets are just over $55, including the fee. New Year’s Eve Discoteca at The Ellis, Cosmic Love: Starting at 9 p.m., this galactic-themed event, at the historic church turned multi-purpose venue at 60 Dubois St. in Newburgh, features DJs, including headliner Eli of Soul Clap, dancers, as well as immersive lighting and sound. Get ready for a custom-designed moment when the clock strikes midnight and a complimentary glass of champagne. Unicorn Bar’s A Very Disco NYE: At 224 Foxhall Ave. in Kingston, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m., go into 2026 wearing disco-era attire while watching aerial and fire performances. Billy Joe’s New Year’s Eve Party: At 26 Front St. in Newburgh, listen to DJ Travie Trav and dance.
