Saudi Arabia has added a bold new attraction to its evolving leisure landscape with the opening of Six Flags Qiddiya City on December 31, welcoming visitors from across the Kingdom and beyond.
The opening marks a landmark moment for Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, as it unveils its first theme park designed and built outside North America.
Set within the dramatic Tuwaiq Mountains, just 40 minutes from Riyadh, Six Flags Qiddiya City is the first major entertainment attraction to open at Qiddiya City, a destination envisioned as the world’s first city built entirely on the “Power of Play.” Once complete, Qiddiya City will bring together world-class entertainment, sports and cultural experiences in a bold new lifestyle hub.
