Jason Kennedy has officially offloaded his residence in the Agoura Hills suburb of Los Angeles after seven years of ownership. Listed for sale in August at $4.7 million and previously offered as a rental for around $18,000 a month, the nearly 1.5-acre spread has traded hands for a dash under $4 million, almost doubling the $2.4 million the former E! News co-host and his wife, inspirational author Lauren Scruggs Kennedy, paid in late 2018.
Completed in 2012 and extensively remodeled by the couple, the property in the gated Vintage at Hidden Park community features a roughly 4,700-square-foot home boasting four en suite bedrooms and five baths on two levels, all overlooking scenic views of the surrounding Santa Monica Mountains.

Per the celebrity.land, Kennedy had planned to move to Florida, but Scruggs Kennedy wanted to stay in California. The pair, who share a podcast titled The Kennedys and a YouTube channel where they broadcast their personal therapy sessions, are now residing in Malibu.
Stephen Sweeney of The Beverly Hills Estates repped both sides of the deal.
