Nicole Kidman is entering a new era of her life with her sister by her side.
Kidman, 58, returned to Instagram for the first time since finalizing her divorce from Keith Urban after 19 years of marriage. “Sisters 🌸,” the Lioness actress captioned the Thursday, January 8, post via the social media platform, which featured her younger sister, Antonia Kidman.
Nicole put her natural curls on full display in the gorgeous snapshot, pairing the hairstyle with a chartreuse lace gown with dainty sleeves. She teamed the bright-colored outfit with a simple makeup look including rosy cheeks and soft pink lipstick.
Antonia, for her part, paired a yellow top with a geometric print design, a red cardigan and layered gold necklaces. She pressed her face against Nicole’s and wrapped her arms around her for a sweet embrace.
“Keep your natural curls. They look amazing,” one person commented underneath the photo, while a second Instagram user wrote, “My favorite actress 🙌. Enjoy your time together with your sister. ❤️❤️❤️.”
The post came two days after Nicole settled her divorce with Urban, 58, in a Nashville court on Tuesday, January 6. Per court docs obtained by Us Weekly, Nicole was named the primary parent of her and Urban’s two daughters, Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, and no monthly child support will be paid.
Sunday and Faith will spend 306 days each year with Kidman and 59 days with Urban, according to an agreed-upon parenting plan. The docs also revealed no alimony or spousal support will be paid to either party. Their property, including bank accounts and personal items, will be divided by mutual agreement.
The plan stated Nicole and Urban are to “behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced.”
“They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent,” per the documents. “They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families.”

Us confirmed on September 29, 2025, that Kidman and Urban had separated. She filed for divorce one day later, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split.
“The two had grown apart quietly over time, and by the end, the decision to separate was more about acceptance than surprise,” an insider exclusively told Us in October 2025.
Despite the divorce, a second insider told Us that same month that Nicole was keeping herself “very busy” and has continued to “focus on creating new traditions with her daughters and keeping their home life as steady and loving as possible.”
“She is pushing forward in a good way,” the source said. “She isn’t necessarily trying to find her new normal throughout all of this, because they had been quietly separated for a while now.”
Nicole has kept her plate full with projects like Practical Magic 2, Big Little Lies season 3 and season 1 of Margo’s Got Money Troubles in the works.
