It’s a new year, but that doesn’t have to mean a new you — at least not one that skips TV and movie night!
This weekend, Jan. 10-11, TV is back in full swing with the season premieres of a number of fan-favorite shows, including a procedural that has redefined the genre in a shiny (read: Emmy-winning) way and a reality competition show that leaves you on the edge of your seat every week.
Elsewhere, a beloved Emily Henry book is getting the small screen treatment with a Netflix movie adaptation, and TV’s oldest rookie cop is returning with a new season.
And there’s more! Here’s a list of the 10 best new movies and shows to watch this weekend and where to stream them.
The Traitors season 4
Ready for more shocking betrayals, treacherous twists and cold-blooded murder — but with your favorite reality TV stars and celebrities? Then you’re in for a treat as the beloved murder mystery show The Traitors is back.
Alan Cumming and his extravagant outfits are back, hosting a brand new group of 23 Traitors and Faithfuls in the Scottish countryside. This season’s cast features five Housewives (including a return from last season’s Dorinda Medley, who was gone too soon), five game show alums and a host of other athletes, actors and singers alike.

The Pitt season 2
It may have been exactly a year since the first season of The Pitt changed the procedural genre with 15 thrilling episodes, but only 10 months have passed in the ER of the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, where Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch (Noah Wyle) is just trying to do his best to get through a 15-hour shift.
Now, Robby and his crew of doctors are tackling another long day: the Fourth of July. As Robby attempts to prepare for his three-month sabbatical, new doctors join his staff and, of course, new life-threatening issues arise (computer outage, anyone?)

People We Meet on Vacation
Does anyone not dream of finding their one true love while on a blissful vacation in paradise? Travel-obsessed Poppy (Emily Bader) and routine-oriented Alex (Tom Blyth) seemingly don’t … until they realize they might have had “the one” in front of their face the whole time.
Poppy and Alex have been friends for a decade, bonding over their annual summer trip until it all goes wrong. Now, years have passed, and Poppy is missing her best friend. But can one last trip save their friendship — or even turn into something more?

Industry season 4
Manipulation, high stakes and endless ambition: those are the core tenets of the financiers at the heart of Industry. And everything just got more real.
New friends Harper (Myha’la) and Yasmin (Marisa Abela) are teaming up, while the relationships around them fall apart. Add in more sex, drugs and lies and you’ve got a whole lot of drama to carry you through the seven new episodes of season 4.

The Masked Singer season 14
Another season of The Masked Singer is back, which means more elaborate costumes, incredible performances and shocked judges.
This season, costumes include Queen Corgi and a pair of Croissants and the panel of judges — Rita Ora, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong and Robin Thicke — have their work cut out for them to guess the celebrity behind the mask.

The Rookie season 8
It’s been eight years since John Nolan (Nathan Fillion) joined the LAPD as their oldest rookie and while nearly a decade of experience under his belt may no longer make him a rookie, you can’t change the show’s title so here Nolan is, still trying to prove himself!
This time around, he’s taking his talents to Prague (yes, that’s right: the LAPD is going global) in coordination with the FBI to help with a terrorist sting. Yeah, sounds like a lot, but when is it not for Nolan?

His & Hers
There are two sides to every story — but there’s only one truth.
And that’s what both detective Jack (Jon Bernthal) and reporter Anna (Tessa Thompson) are trying to find out when a woman they know turns up dead in the woods in Netflix’s new drama His & Hers. Oh, and did we mention they’re an estranged married couple who both suspect the other?

Will Trent season 4
Will Trent (Ramón Rodríguez) has battled demons his whole life (and in the first three seasons of his show), but now they’re coming to the forefront in season 4 of Will Trent.
After a figure from his past escapes prison, Trent defies orders and opens up a search that threatens to revisit old wounds that he’s worked so hard to get past.

Primate
Not sure what one expects when they adopt a monkey into their family, but perhaps not the bloodthirsty killer Lucy (Johnny Sequoyah) ended up getting as a brother.
Regardless, when Lucy and her friends go on a summer vacation, they’re in for a nasty surprise when the family chimpanzee starts taking them out one by one.
Primate releases in theaters on Jan. 9.
