About the track: The “Power Of Music’ was a really fun song to write. I was able to tap into my childhood of discovering all the music that I grew up on. The soul of Motown Records, the early blues cats, and all the rock bands that I love are what inspired me to write the track. I really wanted the lyrics to capture the feel and the awesome power that music brings to the world. All the great musical artists that shaped and developed me as songwriter, my vocal style and musicianship I owe to the greats. So this song was written as a kind of thank you to them. This vision for the song is really captured in our video with moments in time of some of the greatest music talent that has shaped all our lives interwoven with live performances by the band. The track is a hard hitting up-tempo kick ass melodic tune. A 100 percent Babylon A.D. track that I’m sure our the fans will love.
