Writer-director Frank E. Flowers’ movie is set to begin streaming via Prime Video on Feb. 25. Safia Oakley-Green, Temuera Morrison, Ismael Cruz Cordova, Zack Morris and David Field round out the cast.
The Bluff centers on a former pirate (Chopra Jonas) with a dangerous past who attempts to keep her family safe when her former captain (Urban) seeks revenge.
“Why did you betray me?” Urban asks Chopra Jonas in the trailer. “You think I would just let you slip away?”
Later, Chopra Jonas explains to her loved ones that she is known for her fighting skills: “Your father didn’t marry me for my cooking.”
