Chris Pratt hints at Star-Lord’s potential return in ‘Avengers: Doomsday’
Chris Pratt is finally breaking his silence on his potential inclusion in Avengers: Doomsday.
In the ending of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the movie confirmed that Star-Lord would return in a future Marvel film—but which one wasn’t revealed.
Last year, Pratt told Collider that Marvel is still keeping its promise to bring Star-Lord back. However, the Jurassic World star has remained silent on whether he would appear in Doomsday or any other Marvel projects.
In his recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Pratt promoted his new sci-fi movie with Rebecca Ferguson and got candid about meeting Pope Leo XIV.
Host Jimmy Kimmel asked Pratt if, should the Pope ask about his role in Avengers: Doomsday, he would answer him. Pratt replied, “I’d have to tell him.”
“But you won’t tell me?” Kimmel asked, and Pratt fired back, “You’re not the Pope, Jimmy.”
Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed by the actor or the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these comments about Doomsday could be a subtle hint toward Star-Lord’s appearance in the biggest Marvel movie of the Multiverse Saga.
