The former prince Andrew was seen driving his car around Windsor wearing a jumper, which directly related to one of his proudest former titles
Disgraced Andrew has been spotted wearing a Grenadier Guards jumper – despite being stripped of being its colonel. The former Duke of York was seen wearing a burgundy sweatshirt with the emblem of the regiment emblazoned on it as he drove his car around Windsor.
Andrew had formerly been the honorary colonel of the Grenadier Guards, a role he took on from his late father Prince Philip. But after just four years, he was stripped of the honorary title in 2022, with it returned to the late Queen when Andrew lost all of his royal patronages and military affiliations.

It came after Virginia Giufrre filed a civil law suit against Andrew claiming he sexually abused her as a teenager. The case never went to court after they reached a £12million settlement. Andrew denies all allegations against him.
At the end of October, the King officially stripped his disgraced brother Andrew of his HRH style and his prince title, and removed his dukedom from the Roll of the Peerage over his “serious lapses” of judgment.
The move followed the publication of a posthumous memoir by Andrew’s accuser, Virginia Giuffre, and the US government’s release of documents from Epstein’s estate. It emerged that Andrew had emailed Epstein in 2011 saying “we’re in this together”, three months after he claimed he had broken all contact with the paedophile.
The shamed former Duke of York is now living out his final days at his current Windsor mansion of Royal Lodge, before he is banished to live in a smaller home on the Sandringham estate.
He will be making the move alone as his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, who currently lives with him at Royal Lodge, will not be going with him to Windsor. A friend of Andrew’s previously told the Daily Mail they are concerned about his ‘fragile’ state.
It comes as move to Sandringham appears to be edging ever closer with engineers spotted installing Sky TV and broadband at his rumoured new home in recent weeks. Engineers wearing Sky VIP Team branded jackets were pictured at Marsh Farm on the King’s private estate in Norfolk, where the former Duke of York is believed to be moving to once he is finally booted out of Royal Lodge.
It came as huge removal vans were also seen at the 30-room mansion in Windsor at the same time as sources suggested the former prince’s move could even be wrapped up by the end of the month.
Marsh Farm It is around seven miles from the main Sandringham House and a no-fly zone over the royal estate has been extended to include the home.
It has a main house, but the two reception rooms and kitchen are said to be undergoing major renovations. Buckingham Palace has refused to confirm whether this will be Andrew’s new home.
