The network said that Indiana Fever point guard Caitlin Clark will join its coverage of the NBA this season as a special contributor.
Clark will make her on-air NBC debut on the network’s pregame show Basketball Night in America live at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Feb. 1 at 6 p.m. Et ahead of the debut of Sunday Night Basketball, which will see the Los Angeles Lakers take on the New York Knicks, and will return for another game in March.
Clark will join the hall-of-famer studio hosts Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady on the program alongside host Maria Taylor.
“I’m really excited to be part of the Basketball Night in America crew this season,” said Clark. “Carmelo, Vince, and Tracy are legends of the game and Maria is a true professional.
