This is the second time Charles has attended the parkrun, which is organised in partnership with the Move Against Cancer Charity’s ‘5K Your Way’ group. The run takes place on the last Saturday morning of every month.
King Charles’ visit to the parkrun comes ahead of World Cancer Day next week, which will be marked on February 4.
The run encourages anyone impacted by cancer to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at more than 120 designated parkrun events across the UK and Ireland.
The aim is to bring people affected by cancer together.
King Charles was all smiles at the run this morning as he supported the cause, which is likely to be close to his heart.
The King has now spoken many times about the importance of cancer charities and organisations, as well as those that help raise money to raise awareness of the disease and help find cures.
While the King seemed to be in good spirits this morning, his appearance at the parkrun may have come as a surprise for some. This is because his disgraced brother Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has appeared in more photographs in the Epstein files over the last 24 hours.
This includes photographs showing the former prince on all fours besides a woman who is lying on the floor.
