ST. LOUIS — Three puppies from the Humane Society of Missouri starred in Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl and one was crowned MVP.
The 22nd annual Puppy Bowl aired Sunday, which featured a record 150 rescue dogs from 72 shelters across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the British Virgin Islands.
Team Fluff and Team Ruff competed for the Lombarky Trophy.
The winning team was Team Fluff that included Paris, Cheesecake and Boba — puppies from the Humane Society of Missouri.
Boba was named Puppy Bowl XXII MVP.
This was the HSMO’s fourth year being featured and third year in attendance.
