Night Media Inc., the talent management firm that represents social media celebrities such as popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat, has raised $70 million to fund acquisitions and expand into gaming, sports and music.
The private markets firm StepStone Group led the round, and was joined by Founders Fund, PagsGroup, K5Global and House Capital, according to Night. The valuation wasn’t disclosed beyond noting the investors were buying a minority stake in the company.
